  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching pupils in alternative provision or SEMH settings

  • Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
