Secondary Supply Teacher

Overview

We are seeking flexible and reliable Secondary Supply Teachers to join a school team as soon as possible. You will provide high-quality cover across a range of subjects, ensuring continuity of learning for students in the absence of permanent teaching staff.

Duties

• Deliver lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain classroom management and a positive learning environment.
• Support student learning and engagement during the lesson.
• Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and behaviour management.
• Adapt quickly to teaching different subjects and year groups as required.

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Ability to teach across a range of secondary subjects is desirable.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills as Supply Teacher.
• Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
