Duties as Nursery Practitioner:
- Support children’s learning and development through play and structured activities
- Assist with planning and delivery of EYFS curriculum
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Help manage daily routines including meals, hygiene, and transitions
- Observe and record children’s progress
- Uphold safeguarding and nursery policies consistently
Ideal Nursery Practitioner:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
- Experience working in nursery or early years settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different environments and children’s needs
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Passionate about supporting young children’s growth and learning
