Duties as Admin Receptionist:
- Provide a professional and welcoming front‑of‑house service for visitors, parents, and staff
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records using the Arbour system
- Support internal projects and assist with administrative tasks as required
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed for all visitors
- Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy
Ideal Admin Receptionist:
- Previous experience in a school office or similar environment
- Proficiency in using Arbour or similar school management systems
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check or have one registered on the Update Service
