Maths Teacher – Daily supply, starting as soon as possible

These flexible opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. We are currently seeking Maths Teachers to support secondary schools in King’s Lynn and surrounding areas with day-to-day cover across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Duties as Maths Teacher

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school routines
  • Support students in developing mathematical fluency, reasoning and problem‑solving skills
  • Manage behaviour effectively and ensure pupil safety
  • Leave feedback for the class teacher and complete marking where required
  • Work collaboratively with support staff to meet pupil needs

Ideal Maths Teacher

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has recent experience teaching maths in UK secondary schools
  • Is confident working with a range of abilities and age groups
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Is flexible, reliable and enthusiastic about supply teaching
  • Has an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one
