Overview

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential. Beginning ASAP.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Work closely with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable).
  • A patient, nurturing, and positive approach to supporting learning.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills as an LSA.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
