We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential. Beginning September 2025.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Work closely with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable).
