We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and committed Early Years team at a wonderful nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the development of children during their most important early years. Starting in May 2025.
Responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner:
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Plan and deliver stimulating activities that promote children's development.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to learning journeys and reports.
- Support the physical, emotional, and social needs of children.
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
- Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children in your care.
Ideal Candidate:
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, Diploma).
- Experience working in an Early Years setting (nursery, pre-school, or school).
- A sound understanding of the EYFS and child development.
- A warm, caring, and patient manner.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
