We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and committed Early Years team at a wonderful nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the development of children during their most important early years. Starting in May 2025.

Responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner:

  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Plan and deliver stimulating activities that promote children's development.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to learning journeys and reports.
  • Support the physical, emotional, and social needs of children.
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
  • Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children in your care.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, Diploma).
  • Experience working in an Early Years setting (nursery, pre-school, or school).
  • A sound understanding of the EYFS and child development.
  • A warm, caring, and patient manner.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
