Overview

Flexible short-term and long-term opportunities available immediately. These flexible opportunities are ideal for support staff who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You will be supporting pupils in Hounslow and the surrounding areas, helping them access learning and develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills.

Duties as SEND Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEND
  • Assist teachers in delivering differentiated and accessible learning activities
  • Help implement individual education plans and personalised support strategies
  • Support pupils with communication, sensory, behavioural, or emotional needs
