HLTA – Full-time PPA cover, 5 days per week, starting as soon as possible until the summer with potential to go temp to perm.

Duties
- Deliver PPA cover across a range of classes in line with planned learning
- Lead whole-class teaching with confidence
- Support pupils in accessing learning and maintaining engagement
- Assist with planning and resourcing when necessary
- Lead small group interventions to support progression
- Implement behaviour management strategies effectively
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to wider school life and support colleagues as needed
Ideal HLTA
- HLTA qualification or significant experience working at HLTA level
- Strong background in sports and confidence delivering PE lessons
- Ability to lead whole-class teaching independently
- Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
- Adaptable across year groups and subject areas
- Professional, reliable, and supportive of whole-school aims
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils
