Early Years Teacher – Day-to-day supply from as soon as possible. These flexible opportunities are ideal for Early Years Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You’ll be working across a range of schools in Brent and nearby areas, supporting young learners in their early development and delivering engaging lessons in EYFS settings.

Duties as Early Years Teacher:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and activities in line with EYFS curriculum
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
  • Observe and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborate with support staff and parents to ensure pupil wellbeing
  • Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently

Ideal Early Years Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Experience teaching in EYFS settings within UK schools
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills as an Early Years Teacher
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
  • Passionate about supporting young children’s learning and growth
