Day-to-day supply across Romford and surrounding areas, starting as soon as possible. These flexible opportunities are ideal for Early Years Practitioners who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different early years settings. You will be supporting children in nursery and reception classes, helping to create nurturing and stimulating environments that promote early development and learning.

Duties as Early Years Practitioner:

  • Support children's learning and development through play-based activities
  • Assist with planning and delivering engaging EYFS curriculum content
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
  • Provide feedback on children's progress and contribute to observations
  • Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times

Ideal Early Years Practitioner:

  • Relevant childcare qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Education)
  • Experience working with children aged 0–5 in nursery or school settings
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and confident working across different settings
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
