Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join a team and take pride in delivering delicious, high-quality meals. Whether working in a school, care home, hospitality venue, or corporate kitchen, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating food that brings people together. Beginning September 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook nutritious, well-balanced meals to a high standard
  • Plan menus in line with dietary requirements and preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in line with regulations
  • Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen budgets as needed
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and service teams
  • Ensure meals are delivered on time and presented well

Qualifications

  • Relevant catering qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3, Food Hygiene Certificate)
  • Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment
  • Creative, reliable and organised with strong time management as a Chef
  • Understanding of dietary needs (e.g. allergies, vegetarian, Halal, etc.)
  • Committed to food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
