- Support pupils with a range of special educational needs including ASD, SEMH, MLD and SLD
- Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual support plans

- Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently
Ideal Candidate
- Has experience supporting children with SEND in educational settings
- Demonstrates resilience, empathy and a calm approach to challenging behaviour
- Is confident working independently and as part of a team
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Holds relevant training or qualifications (e.g. Team Teach, Step On, CACHE Level 2/3)
