Early Years Practitioner – Full-time and part-time supply roles available from ASAP. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Practitioners to work across settings in Dagenham and the surrounding areas.
Duties as Early Years Practitioner:
- Support children’s learning and development through play and structured activities
- Assist in planning and delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
- Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support individual needs
- Observe and record children’s progress and contribute to planning
Ideal Early Years Practitioner:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
- Experience working in nursery or early years settings
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
