We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Manager for a long-term temporary position, starting in November 2025.

Duties as a Behaviour Manager:

Lead on behaviour management strategies across the school

Support staff in managing challenging behaviour effectively

Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies where necessary

Maintain accurate records of incidents and interventions
