We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Manager for a long-term temporary position, starting in November 2025.

Duties as a Behaviour Manager:

  • Lead on behaviour management strategies across the school

  • Support staff in managing challenging behaviour effectively

  • Work directly with students to promote positive behaviour and engagement

  • Implement and monitor behaviour plans and interventions

  • Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies where necessary

  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and interventions

Ideal Behaviour Manager:

  • Previous experience in a behaviour management role is essential

  • Ability to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to the school environment

  • Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills as a Behaviour Manager.
