We are seeking dedicated SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistants to provide personalised support to pupils with special educational needs across a variety of school settings. Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one support for pupils with a range of SEND needs
- Assist teachers in adapting lessons and resources to meet individual requirements
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development

- Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff
Ideal candidate
- Previous experience supporting children with SEND in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of strategies for supporting pupils with additional needs
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
