Role Description
The Graduate Teaching Assistant role at Step Into Teaching is a full-time, on-site position based in our partner schools.
In this role, the Graduate Teaching Assistant supports classroom teachers with lesson delivery, preparation of learning materials, and supervision of learners during lessons and school activities.
Responsibilities include working with small groups or individual learners, reinforcing key concepts, and assisting with classroom management to maintain an inclusive and positive learning environment.
The Graduate Teaching Assistant helps track learner progress, provides feedback to teaching staff, and contributes to intervention or support programmes where needed.
