We are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Graduate Teaching Assistant to join the Reception team in a supportive school in Dudley (DY1). What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with students, providing tailored support both individually and in small groups
- Lead engaging intervention sessions designed to help students reach their full potential
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to help create individualised learning plans that support the specific needs of each student
- Help monitor and track students’ progress, ensuring they are receiving the support they need to thrive
- Liaise with parents to improve children's attendance
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree with a 2:2 or above is required
- A genuine passion for supporting young people students
- A proactive, creative, and adaptable approach to learning and teaching
- An ability to inspire and motivate students, creating a positive, supportive environment
- Previous experience in a TA or SEN role is a plus, but not essential – we’ll support your development
