Are You Ready to Inspire the Next Generation? At Step into Learning, we’re seeking a passionate and dynamic PSHE Tutor who is eager to make a lasting impact on young learners aged 16+. In this role, you’ll be more than just a teacher—you’ll be a mentor, a guide, and a source of inspiration for both our learners and the wider delivery team. Your mission will be to empower individuals, promote confidence, and make education an engaging and supportive experience for all.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated PSHE Tutor to join our delivery team as a lead tutor. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Personal, Social, Health, and Economic education (PSHE) and recent experience working with young people with a range of educational needs. The role involves delivering a tailored and inclusive PSHE curriculum that supports the personal development, wellbeing, and life skills of learners, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to navigate adulthood. This is more than just a teaching position; it’s an opportunity to play a pivotal role in empowering learners to overcome challenges, achieve their qualifications, and reach their full potential. Requirements

  • Maths and English at secondary education level or demonstrate equivalent experience
  • Willingness and ability to undertake a teaching or training qualification
