Step into Learning is hiring a Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1, small group and classroom support for learners with diverse needs. You will work under the Lead Tutor and SENDCo to promote independence and achievement in an inclusive environment.
Key requirements include:
- GCSEs in Maths and English
- Resilience
- Empathy
- Excellent communication
Experience with SEND, safeguarding, and ILPs is highly desirable.
