Step into Learning is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 and small group support for learners with additional educational needs.

You will work under the Lead Tutor and SENDCo to promote independence, participation and achievement in an inclusive classroom.

The role is 22.4 hours per week, part-time, fixed term, with a salary of £12,723.75 (FTE £26,390).
