Company Description
UK Industrial Fusion Solutions (UKIFS) Ltd., a subsidiary of the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA), has been established by the UK Government to lead the delivery of fusion energy through the design and construction of the Spherical Tokamak for Energy Production (STEP) prototype plant. UKIFS is setting up the company, attracting talent, engaging with industry, developing a supply‑chain and planning the construction of the STEP prototype.
Position Details
- Salary: £62,858 per annum.
- Working arrangement: Onsite work is expected for 3 days per week. The job will be closed on 6 March.
- Locations: Employees may be based at West Burton, Nottinghamshire, or Culham, Oxfordshire.
- Security clearance: SC clearance is required, including DBS checks.
