UK Fusion Energy Ltd (UKFE) is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to advise across Commercial, Procurement, Programme Delivery, Engineering and Finance areas. You will support the full contract lifecycle from strategy and tendering through to negotiation, delivery and dispute resolution.
The role requires a Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with substantial experience in commercial contracts and procurement, strong drafting/negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate complex issues.
