You will maximise the data usage, identify opportunities to increase sales volume and enhance productivity. You will analyse the data and trends and recommend strategies to get instant results.

You must be organised and methodical in your approach, prioritising tasks to ensure that the business not only meets but exceeds all targets, whilst remaining compliant with all relevant regulations for outbound dialling. The role is complex, requiring you to dissect processes, revealing untapped opportunities for optimisation. You must be an excellent communicator, be able to identify key concerns and challenges of the business, provide insight and be proactive in providing the strategy of how to overcome them.

You will collaborate with our subject matter experts to ensure that Step Change Outsourcing remains compliant and therefore maintains its PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001 and FCA certifications, as well as adhering to obligations set by our clients and relevant regulatory bodies such as Ofcom.
