The Work Transitions Team Member plays a key role in supporting adults with learning differences to progress towards meaningful employment, volunteering, and work-based opportunities. The postholder will work as part of a small, specialist Work Transitions team to identify employment pathways, build employer partnerships, and provide structured job coaching and transition support.
Location: Multi location within the Greater Bristol area. Office base is at The Park Centre, Knowle
Reports to: Work Transitions Lead
Salary: £28,500 (pro rata)
Hours: 22.5 per week
