Hybrid working – 2 days in office near Swindon. We’re working with a leading provider of digital content and research solutions to academic institutions worldwide, who are currently looking for a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of revenue growth across the EMEA region. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys winning new business, managing key accounts, and driving performance in a consultative sales environment.

The role:

  • Own and deliver revenue targets across the EMEA region
  • Manage and grow relationships with key academic and research customers
  • Identify and win new business across a portfolio of digital products
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting and performance tracking
  • Represent the business at conferences, events and client meetings
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, marketing and customer support
  • Lead a small team

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales across international markets
  • Publishing or SaaS experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in forecasting, negotiation and planning
  • Comfortable managing longer, consultative sales cycles
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, analytical and data-driven
  • Self-motivated and confident working autonomously
  • Experience supporting or mentoring others is beneficial (1 direct report)
