We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to establish and lead a brand-new Business Development Department. You’ll recruit and shape your own team, develop innovative strategies, and inspire success in a growing company with ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond. This role focuses on reconnecting with inactive clients, re-establishing relationships, and transitioning them to an Account Manager for ongoing support. Set realistic yet ambitious goals for the team, tracking progress and ensuring accountability through KPIs and reporting. Be a motivational leader who isn’t afraid to lead from the front. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing and growing successful sales teams. A driven, motivated leader with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in creating and implementing effective sales strategies. A valid driving license and access to a car or direct access to a train line to Twyford.
