We’re recruiting for a Profit Centre Manager to take full ownership of a highly successful e-commerce business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for driving revenue, improving the online customer journey, and running the business day-to-day. A role for someone who wants to run and grow a business, not just manage one.
The role:
- Online trading performance (sales, margin, conversion)
- Product, pricing and supplier management
- Customer journey and website performance
- Digital marketing (via an agency)
- Fulfilment, logistics and service levels
- Team leadership and development
You will be running this as a true profit centre, with autonomy to make decisions and drive growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a senior role within an e-commerce environment
- Strong entrepreneurial commercial mindset with P&L ownership
- Understanding of digital trading and customer acquisition
- Comfortable working across marketing, operations and supply chain
- Hands-on, proactive and happy operating in a smaller team
- Experience selling into trade or construction markets would be ideal, however not essential.
