We’re working with a leading provider of digital content and research solutions to academic institutions worldwide, who are currently looking for a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of revenue growth across the EMEA region and oversee a small team (currently one).

This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys winning new business, managing key accounts, and driving performance in a consultative sales environment.

  • Own and deliver revenue targets across the EMEA region.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key academic and research customers.
  • Identify and win new business across a portfolio of digital products.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, marketing and customer support.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales across international markets.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in forecasting, negotiation and planning.
  • Comfortable managing longer, consultative sales cycles.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, analytical and data-driven.

£40k-£50k plus bonus, ~25 days holiday (rising to 30) + option to buy/sell leave, ~ Private healthcare + life assurance, ~ Pension with employer contribution, ~ Mobile allowance + home working support.
