My Client is a University in South East London. The candidate will be responsible for the successful registration of students and report to the Head of Student Centre; Senior Student Centres Manager; Student Centre Campus Manager within the department.
Purpose of the Role:
- Support SAS in the delivery of Registration
- Update student details (such as name and address)
- Issue students with their Greenwich Gateway Card
- General signposting and direction giving
- Support the Student Centre in the delivery of high-class services to students
- Undertake a wide range of administrative and clerical activities to support the efficient operation of the work of the Student Centres; including assisting with the Student Registration process, checking documentation including ID, as well as inputting and collecting accurate information and user statistics.
- Provide information and support to students, face to face
- Undertake other appropriate duties as requested by the Line Manager
Work as part of a team within the Student Centre, particularly at registration.
Managing Self:
- Manage own workload, prioritise work unsupervised
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
Additional Requirements:
- A willingness to travel between campuses
- Any other duties as appropriate to the post and grade
