We are currently partnering with a high-growth B2B services business entering a pivotal stage of scale. Marketing is established - now the focus is on turning it into a true growth engine. This is a senior role for a commercially minded marketer who wants influence, ownership and visibility. You’ll sit on the management team, lead a small marketing function, and work closely with sales and leadership to drive demand, strengthen brand, and deliver measurable impact.
The Role:
- Own and evolve the marketing strategy in line with business growth goals
- Represent marketing at leadership level, influencing commercial priorities
- Lead, coach and develop a small, ambitious marketing team
- Drive demand generation across digital, content, SEO, email, campaigns and events
- Partner closely with sales to build a joined-up funnel from awareness to conversion
- Oversee brand, website and content to ensure clarity and consistency
- Manage agencies and suppliers where required
About You:
- Proven B2B marketing experience across strategy and hands-on delivery
- Strong demand generation and multi-channel campaign experience
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience developing or managing a team
- Commercial, data-driven and comfortable in a growing, evolving environment
