Job role:
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to craft and execute a forward-thinking digital strategy focused on driving qualified leads
- Enhance user journeys aligned to the company’s go-to-market plan
- Analyse user behaviour and funnel performance to optimise the digital experience
- Oversee the evolution of the website, ensuring it's optimised for both user experience and SEO
- Manage data architecture and ongoing site improvements
- Lead, support, and grow the digital marketing team
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product functions to align campaigns and initiatives
