We are partnering with a fast-growing client in the cybersecurity software sector who are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on digital strategy, drive lead generation, and support continued growth.

About the Role:
As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan and deliver a digital strategy that increases MQLs and enhances the customer journey across all online touchpoints. You’ll take ownership of the website, SEO/PPC, and digital funnel performance, while managing a small team and collaborating across departments to support business goals.
Job role:
- Design and execute a high-performing digital marketing strategy
- Manage and optimise website structure, content, and SEO
- Run paid digital campaigns (PPC, retargeting, social)
- Oversee marketing automation and lead nurture workflows (HubSpot)
- Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and implement performance improvements
- Work cross-functionally with content, sales, and product teams
- Lead, support, and develop the digital marketing team
Who/what are we looking for?
- Significant B2B digital marketing experience in Tech (Cybersecurity a bonus)
- Hands-on experience in SEO and PPC
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
- Proficient in using HubSpot or similar tools
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
