We are currently supporting a growing technology services company who are looking for several Channel Development Managers to join them. This is a wellâestablished but evolving organisation undergoing rapid transformation following recent investment.
Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying and engaging new MSPs, resellers, and distributors, to closing deals and onboarding them as longâterm strategic partners.
Once onboarded, youâll manage the account, driving growth, and ensuring longâterm success through a consultative, partnershipâled approach.
Job role
- Identify and secure new channel business through proactive outreach
- Onboard and develop strategic partner relationships within the channel
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Lead consultative sales engagements to uncover client needs and propose solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain accurate sales data and reporting within CRM systems
- Drive revenue growth across onboarded accounts through account development
Who/what are we looking for?
- 3-5+ years experience with a distributor, reseller or vendor
- Proven track record of managing ÂŁ1M+ targets and winning complex, multiâstakeholder deals
- Commercially astute, highly driven, and adaptable to change
- Skilled at engaging with senior decisionâmakers, including director and Câsuite level
- Consultative, solutionsâled sales approach
