Account Executive (Bracknell)

Bracknell hybrid – £55k–£60k basic (negotiable) – OTE £100k+

Our client, a well-established IT services provider, is entering an exciting period of growth following private equity backing. As they scale operations and drive forward an ambitious commercial strategy, they are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to help capitalise on new market opportunities.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of strategic relationships across both direct clients and channel partners. You’ll be instrumental in driving revenue, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering tailored solutions that meet evolving customer needs.

Your responsibilities:

• Proactively seek new revenue opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead nurturing
• Develop and expand a portfolio of key enterprise clients and channel partnerships
• Conduct insightful discovery sessions to understand client challenges and shape solution proposals
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
• Keep your CRM and pipeline data up to date to support accurate forecasting
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and results

About you:

• You have a strong background in B2B sales, ideally SAAS
• You’ve managed significant sales quotas (ideally £1M+) and are confident navigating multi-stakeholder sales
• Experience working with both channel partners and direct customers is a plus
• You’re a consultative seller—curious, credible, and focused on value creation
• Commercially savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
