Part-Time Business Development Executive – Recruitment - Remote

£30,000–£35,000 pro rata + uncapped commission

15 - 20 hours a week - flexible

An established recruitment business is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to focus purely on generating new business.

This is a dedicated outbound business development role, with no candidate sourcing or recruitment delivery, making it ideal for someone who enjoys the commercial side of recruitment and wants to concentrate on winning and developing client relationships.

The role:

• Proactively identifying and approaching prospective clients
• Cold calling and engaging with hiring managers and key decision-makers
• Identifying recruitment needs and securing new vacancies
• Qualifying opportunities and taking comprehensive job briefs
• Building and developing relationships with new clients
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and keeping on top of follow-ups
• Providing occasional administrative support where required

About you:

• Previous experience in recruitment business development and a proven track record of winning new clients.
• Confident making outbound calls, comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers and able to build relationships from a cold start.
• Self-motivated, commercially minded and comfortable working towards agreed targets.

This is a part-time position with flexibility around the working pattern for the right person.
