The successful candidate will train while employed, work full-time in a STEP academy, and study via NITE in conjunction with Coventry University to achieve QTS, PGCE and a Level 6 apprenticeship.
From January 2027, you will be a class teacher working with experienced colleagues to support every pupil to reach their potential.
