We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Catering Manager to join our team in South London.

  • Our Ideal Candidate Will
  • have experience of successfully working as Kitchen Manager position (or in a similar job role).
  • have experience of managing staff
  • have suitable communication skills to all sections of the academy community both verbally and in writing
  • have the ability to operate as part of a team or individually as required
  • have the ability to manage multiple kitchens
  • have the ability to lead and motivate staff
  • demonstrate a willingness and enthusiasm for training and progression
  • display a commitment to the Trust's equalities policies
  • have experience of meeting monthly KPIs.
  • have experience in driving sales and initiating marketing ideas.
