Qualifications & Experience
- Successful experience leading an area of improvement
- Passion for Inclusion and commitment to advance your knowledge in SEND leadership
- The ability to identify and implement successful safeguarding, inclusion strategies for all pupils and SEND
- Excellent understanding of curriculum and pedagogical issues, including recent developments within the primary phase
- Curriculum development and design – particularly within the wider curriculum
- Effective pastoral and behaviour management skills at middle or senior leadership
- The ability to develop excellent relationships
- Delivering CPD and supporting the development of teachers at different levels of experience
- Understanding of strategies that enable pupils to make excellent progress
- Able to demonstrate resilience and willingness to face new challenges with enthusiasm and positivity
