We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Vice Principal to join a well-established British international school in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will take a leading role in the school's academic development, ensuring consistently high standards of teaching, learning and student achievement. Essential Requirements * Qualified educator with a strong understanding of the British curriculum. * Minimum 5 years' senior leadership experience within a school setting. * Master's degree in Educational Leadership (essential to meet SPEA requirements). * Proven experience in improving the quality of teaching and learning across a school. * Strong understanding of assessment, data analysis and strategies to raise student attainment. * Demonstrable success in leading academic improvement and driving whole-school performance. * Excellent leadership, communication and staff development skills. * Ability to inspire, support and challenge teaching teams to deliver outstanding outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Lead the school's academic strategy and drive continuous improvement. * Monitor and enhance teaching and learning standards across all departments. * Use student performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective interventions. * Support and develop middle leaders and teaching staff. * Ensure high expectations for academic achievement and student progress. * Work closely with the Principal and senior leadership team to achieve the school's strategic objectives.
