We seek a Paralegal or a Legal Executive with over five years’ experience in wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney. We are a well-established North London law firm based in Southgate N14. We specialise in private client matters; including probate law, Wills (including complex trusts), estate planning, lasting power of attorneys and Court of Protection matters.
Candidate Criteria:
- Proven experience in probate law, wills & lasting powers of attorney
- Proficient in using various solicitors’ software packages
- The ability to manage legal matters independently
- A commitment to upholding the firm’s compliance and client service standards
- Excellent communication and team skills
