Are you an organised and detail‑focused professional with experience in stock control, looking for a hands‑on role at sea?

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate stores for all Onboard Sales & Services departments including galley, shop, housekeeping, F&B and reception
  • Receive, check, and process deliveries, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders
  • Maintain inventory systems, including stock levels, records, and reporting
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate orders to ensure minimum and maximum levels are maintained
  • Carry out regular stock counts and ensure all stock is secure and accounted for
  • Manage stock rotation, returns, and disposal of surplus or damaged goods
  • Maintain records of receipts, withdrawals, and discrepancies
  • Support supplier coordination and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and compliance within all storage areas
  • Support trip planning to ensure sufficient stock for expected passenger volumes

Qualifications

  • Valid STCW certification (essential)
  • Previous experience working at sea
  • Experience in stores, inventory, or supply chain operations
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control processes
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory systems
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to carry out physical tasks, including lifting and handling stock
  • Forklift certification (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
