Some Of Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive onboard retail performance to exceed revenue and profit targets
- Spend time in-store to support teams and build a proactive sales culture
- Collaborate with R&F Travel Retail and local suppliers to maximise opportunities
- Lead seasonal campaigns, promotions, and visual merchandising plans
- Coach and train retail teams in product presentation, layout, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with retail agreements and company policies
- Host regular regional retail meetings and cascade key updates to teams

Qualifications
- Experience in retail management, both operational and strategic
- Degree or equivalent in Retail Management
- Experience in Retail Travel (preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales performance and profit optimisation
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action
- Comfortable with weekly travel across vessels in the region
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
