Stena Line in Belfast is expanding its Port Operations Team and seeks hands-on professionals to join our busy port fleet.

The role focuses on operating a Tugmaster, coordinating with vessel teams, and ensuring safe, efficient transfer of trailers during embarkation and disembarkation.

You will work a rotating continental shift pattern with 2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off, starting with structured training in safety procedures and port operations.
