The predicted salary is between 13 - 14 £ per hour.

Contract – Variable Hours
Hourly Rate – £13.59 per hour (inclusive of rolled‑up holiday pay)
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring cabins are cleaned thoroughly and in excellent condition prior to guests’ arrival on board.
- Delivering prompt and friendly service in restaurants, clearing tables, washing dishes.
- Serving customers in shops, operating tills, ensuring retail areas tidy, stocked and welcoming.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting service standards and CSS goals.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, including safety, food safety, quality and customer experience models.
- Support stock and cash control, minimizing wastage, shrinkage and fraud.
- Maintain merchandising plans across all locations.
- Represent the company proudly by adhering to uniform and personal presentation standards.
- Create a welcoming ambience and maintain vessel appearance.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support operational tasks across locations and departments as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the vessel.
- Maximise sales and gross profit by aligning activities with KPI targets.
