Are you a 3rd Officer looking for a great work-life balance with excellent career advancement opportunities? Stena Line International Pte Limited is hiring a deck officer with passenger vessel experience to join our team! In this role, you will support our deck teams onboard while developing your skills and knowledge on different vessels. This role is based on Stena Embla on our Belfast - Birkenhead route within our Irish Sea fleet.

Some of your key responsibilities:

  • The Master has the overall responsibility and ultimate authority to ensure the safety of the vessel, crew and cargo, and the protection of the Environment.
  • You will safeguard the interests of the Company to the fullest extent of your authority.
  • You are responsible to the master in all respects and are directly accountable to him for the execution of your duties.
  • Your tasks as an officer are diverse, providing the opportunity to use and develop your problem-solving skills in a wide range of scenarios.
