Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Shift Pattern: Rotating pattern of 2 days (06:00-18:00) followed by 2 nights (18:00-06:00), followed by 4 days off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a Tugmaster to transfer trailers on and off vessels.
  • Assist with mooring and vessel loading/unloading procedures.
  • Marshal freight and passenger vehicles for embarkation and disembarkation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety across port areas.
  • Follow structured operational procedures and safety protocols.
  • Adapt to training on new equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth port operations.

Experience & Qualification:

  • Experience operating large vehicles (HGVs, Tugmasters, or similar).
  • Previous work in port operations or logistics is a plus.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Commitment to safety and following structured procedures.
