Big news for our Port Service Operatives! We're making a positive change to the way we work as we're moving away from split shifts to a clear, structured straight shift pattern, giving you greater consistency and improved work-life balance. You will now work a rotating continental shift pattern of:
- 2 days (06:00-18:00)
- 2 nights (18:00-06:00)
- Followed by 4 days off
Please note, you would have a 24-hour break after your final day shift before transitioning to nights. This new approach means fewer disruptions, more predictability, and better time to plan your life outside of work, all while being part of a vital, fast-paced port operation.
