Are you a Chef looking for a great work-life balance with opportunities for career growth? Stena Line is looking for an experienced chef to join our fleet pool! In this role, you will support our galley teams across the fleet while developing your skills on our ferries. This role has no set location; you will have the opportunity to work on all of our Irish Sea vessels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work across different vessels with varying galley setups, adapting to each ship’s pace, size, and specifications.
  • Maintain strict standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with maritime and company regulations, including proper storage, handling, and preparation of food.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, including the safe operation of kitchen equipment.
